A Fellow in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine, Suzy is a Pre Hospital Emergency Medicine Consultant who spends part of her week on Helimed operations and part in Hospital. If this wasn't exciting enough, Suzy has worked at Everest ER, is one of the founders of the Nepal Diploma in Mountain Medicine and is involved in the British Mountain Medicine Society.

Suzy has had numerous expedition related medical papers published, ranging from anaphylaxis in a jungle environment to diabetes at altitude and numerous altitude related papers, as well as medical ethics on expedition.

A font of wisdom and experienced expedition medic, excellent lecturer, whose enthusiasm is infectious, Suzy is our Course Director for the Advanced Wilderness Life Support Course.
